clt says the observer continues to bury this story, and likely the punishment from the greatest academic fraud in NCAA history.

ďCanít talk about the hearing and canít talk about the facts of the case so there is nothing to add at this time,Ē Steve Kirschner, a university spokesman, wrote in a text message.

Also, why does a reporter get a text from a spokesman?

Also, also, Steve needs to work on his grammar.

I think we may be to the point of losing recruits when they know 16k is most they will play in front of the home crowd.  I think 23-30k is right about right for growth and other big games.  We should be around 20k for every game with the number of alumni in the area and growing student enrollment.  If we start winning, then it is a no-brainer.

Thats a bit of a concern for me. My neighbors kid is getting recruited now and I recommended he look at Charlotte because he wants to go into architecture. And while he did go look at the school and liked architecture program he was left underwhelmed by the stadium. It didn't help that Lambert didn't wow him but thats a dfferent issue entirely.
Lambert strikes me as a guy that is only going to appeal to a certain type of kid.

Hearing him talk, in my opinion he comes off as having the personality of a sack of potatoes.

Couple that with the small stadium and I imagine many kids walk away underwhelmed.

I will say that the staff did a better job than florida states. His mom described that staff as complete jack asses on their visit down there.

Nice touch with the eclipse glasses.

Too bad the eclipse is myth created by science nerds.
They want Clt to remain sighted, so as to be able to sign Clt's checks to the Uni.

clt will not wear any glasses because the eclipse is fake news.

A 15,000 seat stadium gives the perception of "small time", both to the general public and also to recruits.

extra $1.25 million a year? That more than offsets loss in TV revenue.
Meanwhile at Charlotte our plan is to cut back on pre-game dinners for donors to make up for the loss of revenue.

Props to the AD for some marketing! I hope more billboards continue.

These look like they will get some attention.  Good job.  Much better than hopping on that damn bus.
