Durning (S&C) actually has a good reputation. What this program has never gotten over is losing Coach Ratliff...sucked everything out of any momentum we were building.

Ratliff passing away was a tragedy. I certainly feel for hs Family. He passed away in August 2015 before we played our first FBS game. At what point do we show signs of progress after losing our O-line coach?
.   He was our recruiting coordinator, most importantly.

And from what I have been told he was also the heart and soul of the locker room.

it shows. Early teams may not have been most talented but they played harder than we seem to have played since his death.

I hate it for Ratliffís family but from a football standpoint itís time to move on.

Get another guy like him. There are 180 teams better than us. Apparently they are out there.

Mgmt 101.  They teach the class on uncc campus.

If key part of any organization leaves, you must recognize and backfill what person brought to the org.

This Ulrick guy is rat poison.

yes he is, i wonder about his loyalty, his wife still coaches at nc state, where he coached, a wolfpack family, does he live half and half in charlotte and raleigh?  he is an fcs product, and a quality control guy at nc state-what is that exactly?  i dont think he ever did recruiting, but i could be wrong...what about adkins, who has a strong recruiting history in p5?

It is 2018 and we still donít have a DC. Now that the holidays are ending maybe Lambert can get back to his $600k a year job.

Maybe if media members call attention to local prospects our staff will react.
