Win games, go to the Dance and I won't care about ANY of this.


We have to operate in an as-if world. We need to think of ways to get people to come to games irrespective of winning. That will help build a pro-winning environment. Waiting for things to happen (just win) is not an acceptable approach.

Rename the Alumni Tailgate so it doesn't read like you have to be an alumni to attend. Make it more of a community name.

I think Normmm was probably right all along, we'll be really good next year.

I believe the issue with this is the Barnes and Noble deal the University inked. Nothing the AD can do here.

Have mobile spots to buy gear (Surface lots, tailgate, in front of stadium, etc).


Have sponsors in surface lots to make it a party atmosphere. DJ/Music, items to sell, games for kids, etc.

??  They did it for football.

If it has to do with Barnes and Noble, it seems to me that Barnes and Noble would want every opportunity they can get to sell merchandise (make more money).

I think Normmm was probably right all along, we'll be really good next year.

Get the current season's poster (with the schedules) for football, baseball, basketball and soccer out to local restaurants and bars.

Shane's Rib Shack at Northlake had the inaugural season football poster up 2 years after the first game.

Offer a Charlotte banner to restaurants/bars that have other schools up on the wall.

Foster's Grille in the Concord Mills area has every SEC school up on the wall.  But as of about a year ago they didn't have the school only a few miles down the road on the wall.
