$375k/yr plus incentives.  For us to be competitive with his future job offers, it will take $800k+/yr.

But.... But.... But that may cut into Judy's planned budget for what she pays our women coaches.

I want to beat my head against the bricks everytime I have to walk by our overbuilt luxurious tennis facility on the way to our under built football stadium.
yep, it's infuriating to see the chancellor or just mention that demand has to be there for expansion, yet we have a tennis facility that is way more luxurious than anything needed. A few row of fold out chairs would have been  sufficient.

Don't get me wrong, I like that we have a nice facility,  I just wish the logic was consistent.

Not sure why the tennis facility keeps getting brought up. Dale Halton gave a contribution SPECIFICALLY TO BUILD THE TENNIS CENTER. It wasn't just built from general A.D. funds. It was either build it or don't get the money. I can blame Judy for a lot, but not this.
Agreed, what were they to do, not take the money?
Who was in Dale Haltonís ear telling her we needed a luxury tennis facility? How about asking her to help modernize the 20 year old basketball arena with her name on the front.

The longer we go with this staff is the longer we waste our time on this recruiting class.

clt says this is correct. If we are going to wait for the firing until after the season, we need to already have the replacement lined up and making calls.

We are more likely to wait and fire Lambert in January after the national championship game, and then begin a 3 month search for a new coach.

I know this was probably a little sarcasm, but this is exactly what the AD would do, it's depressing and sad all at the same time.

Shouldn't be an issue.  Lambert made close to $1m last year in total comp according to USA Today.  $600k base.

I don't know he would have earned many incentives.

This is why Judy needs to go first. I don't want her taking part in the next coaching hire.

Never mind I misread the chart when skimming it over - he didn't make $1m.  Still, paying our head football coach $800k should be completely reasonable.

Two from last game.

Our defense isn't the problem.  10/26, 132 yards, 0 TDs, 1 INTs

We should boycott homecoming.  If I am wrong, most people will still boycott homecoming.

I drove by the JMU stadium Thursday.  That is a real stadium for a good program.  It puts ours to shame

I like how Judy has been super excited to advertise our stadiums new Biergarten and Parking app, like they are major enhancements. Both take a days worth of meeting to make possible. WTF else has she been doing with her time?

We ran into a better team

We gave up too many big plays.

We have to figure out how we can throw the ball down the field

In our secondary, we have to figure out a way to keep the ball in front of us.

We have to make sure we're keeping our eyes in the right place and looking at the right things.
