This is great!  We don't do nearly enough to get citizens onto the campus.  I don't think I have ever brought people to the campus that they are not impressed and surprised.

I agree, it's a great idea to host events like this.

This is great to see, kudos to all involved to get this up and going. Great opportunity to show off campus and our facilities!

I can hear it now. Those Cabarrus fans coming into our stadium. "Well, isn't this nice?"
Hopefully, this will be the first of many.

clt says such a bad idea. Think of what these games will do to our turf. Are the high schools going to replace it before our game?

This is fantastic, and I hope it becomes a regular thing.

If this were taking place the night before a home game, I'd make the trip early enough to go see NC play.

Being an asst HS football coach I love this. If we didn't have a game I'd come out and watch it. This will get people out to the stadium who ordinarily wouldn't come and also get the athletes some exposure and give them a feel of what it is like to play on a college campus since many probably won't.
Really love this and hope the event grows to Mecklenburg County teams playing here as well instead Memorial Stadium which is nice in its location, but falling apart.
