Football is now less than a week away! What are your bold predictions and breakout players for 2017?

- Klugh will have 20 passing TDs and 8 rushing TDs, but will have 10 ints. Will be third team all-conference.
- Robert Washington will rush for 1000 yards and 9 TDs. Lemay will have 600 yards and 4 TDs.
- We will lead the conference in rushing yards gained, but will also allow more rushing yards than any team in the conference.

Breakout player:

Chris Montgomery. Not really a new guy, but a guy that I think will take a huge step in his senior year with increased opportunities.

I'm excited but the prospects of starting our home season 0-2 puts a damper on my enthusiasm. I'm sure the casual fans will just not bother. Hopefully 1-1 will happen and folks will show up and support this team.

As much as I want to say Bostick and Ford.. I'd prefer our best players are the OL, Washington and Lemay.. We need to run the ball, use clock and wear people down. Keeping the D on the sidelines is the absolute best thing we can do .

Bold Prediction: Niners make a bowl game this year and beat FAU on senior day to do it.

Breakout Player: Not sure he counts, but LB Karrington King. Kid can flat out play and will surprise a lot of people this year.
MAKE THE NINERS GREAT AGAIN!

I also predict that if in any game this year, we get an 11 point or better lead late in the game, and we don't manage the clock better (NO HURRY-UP OFFENSE), and lose said game(s), I will personally lead a fiery, public campaign to replace our entire football coaching staff.
