He should get a strong look, but this is a desirable job and we would be crazy not to interview some of the top candidates across the country.  As long as Charlotte is known as a pathway to top jobs we will have excellent coaches wanting to come here.

Who are you going to hire?  Another assistant who didn't help a team reach this years college cup final.  Sounds like a no brainer.  Better hurry up though.  I hear there may be some assistant coaching positions coming open in Northern California.
